More "stuff" from the woods area

Back again Sunday to the woods area I've been hitting lately. It has produced well in the Colonial coin and silver category but pickins are getting slim.
I know there has to be more there so I'll have to hit it again between winter and spring when the foliage is gone.
This time I managed a couple IHs (1880 & 1881), a Rosie (1952) and a few wheats. Also found a fancy button and a small flat. a copper cap type thing and an old compact (I think that's what it is). BOY!! Was I dreamin' that there would be some COINS in it when I opened it !! LOL - no such luck!
Oh well, thanks for sharing. Bruce

Nice digs Bruce:beers:

I know that feeling of the heart pounding while you "open" a find like that...hoping to see silver rolling out...but a cool find even when it doesn't:thumbup:

I love finding those old compacts ... the suspense nearly kills you when you go to open it ! Some day we will find one with coins in it :super:

Nice old compact Bruce.
