This was in an email from a friend of mine asking for prayer!

I have an "adopted" son whose girlfriend was T-boned by a driver who had run a red light. She has four compressed fractured veretebre & according to Sarah will be in pain in one degree or another for the rest of her life. Such a shame! She is such a beautiful girl....smart,,,,,in pre-med. Its all up in the air now.

Jesus' stripes we were healed and God is the deliverer from all that is bad on this earth! His Holy Spirit can move upon her spine and heal all the problems and she doesn't have to have pain forever! By them putting their faith completely in Jesus and believing, she can be healed and, yes, I can be healed of all my illnesses, too!

So why is it some have to endure like Paul did, maybe to keep our minds upon Jesus and not go back to our old ways of depending upon mankind! Some are healed now, some our healed completely in heaven and some have to endure in long trials! For we can help others more when we have suffered the same thing and be a witness for Jesus by giving Him the praise and glory in all things!

I praise Him for the long, hard trial of loneliness and heartaches of a terrible divorce, because it was only then that I had to completely lean on and trust in Him! Therefore, I know what people suffer when they go through a divorce, for I've been there and done that!

I can't even begin to tell you what He has done for me and what He has shown me through the guidance of God's Holy Spirit.....but I do know God is an awesome God and He loves us with an everlasting love! So let us give reverence to the Holy One Who works all things out for our good and for His purpose! Praise God and Thank You, Jesus!

God Bless!

My wife had compression fractures to L1/L2 over 35 years ago. Most days the pain is minimal but if she overextends herself it comes back to remind her. I pray that this young lady recovers.
