The sunset is from shores of Champlain and the antiques are from my mom's house. I now know where I got my admiration for old stuff :) The lantern and teapot came from a mountain which manufactured ore and iron products since the 1700's. The anchor for the Constellation was made out of the iron and chain links which went across the Hudson during the Rev. War to block the British were forged in town from the iron.Lot of great history. I love it!
 
Or something like that Mike :) This pirate is jonesing to get out and find some more treasure. We are getting pounded with snow at the moment. At least I be focused on school for a bit longer till it thaws :lol:
 
It's nice area and only a ferry ride away from where I stay during the school week. let me know if you ever want to hit the Plattsburgh area Brandy.
 
There are many spots around and I bet some of the fields in the area would hold some goodies. The base is a good bet for sure. I never know when I'll be around but come spring or summer give me a ring at 518-225-9869. It would be cool to meet you Brandy.
