That looks like a silver neckalace is that right? Whats the coat of arms coin ?
John talking about gold coins did you see the new Royal mint coin?
Its a square coin inspired by the trade tokens used during the fur trade....and of course it has the beaver .It the first ever square coin by the Royal Mint.It is a sterling silver coin plated in 24-karet gold. Coin sells for $45.95
 
I saw the coin. Really nice one too! You should check out the Canadian Metal Detecting Forum. Lots of people from all over there posting. One of buddies actually just bought that very same coin with some of his clad a couple of days ago and posted a pic. I'll send you the link to the forum.
