More Mercs

Hit my testing-ground park again, today. Thought I'd mostly "cherry pick," running mainly the Park Pattern. Started hitting zincs, so I Xed them out. Anyway, at the end of the 1 1/2 hour mark, I had a Sacajawea Dollar, a clad quarter, seven clad nickles, seven clad dimes, three copper cents, three zinc cents and TWO mercs. As usual for this park, the Mercs were pretty trashed. One was a 1942-D and the other, as far as I can make out, 1932-D. But, they're silver...something I haven't found regularly in too long of a time. That makes three for me, since I got the Etrac...I'm sure that's not so impressive for you guys that regularly pull out Barbers, Seated and Indians, but for around here, my finds today are not too shabby. I'm blown away with the capabilities of this machine. Looking to take it on a road trip, next month. I can't wait!

As far as I'm concerned, mercs in a park are a pretty big deal. Any silver in the parks I hunt are few and far between. Nice digs!

Silver is always nice! Congratulations on some well earned coins! Thanks for the pictures.
