Silver that is!

Managed to pull a couple more silver Roosevelt

Looks like a porcelain top / zinc rim canning jar lid there too. All in one piece!!! That is one item I normally break trying to get out of the ground before I know what I've got. Good job on that one!!

Looking forward to an identification on the tube piece.

Yes! I just got lucky I guess!:thumbup: That's the second one I found at this site. The first one was very brittle as many are and didn't stand a chance. :cry:
 
More great finds! :clapping: I have no idea what that tube is, interesting for sure, I hope somebody posts the answer. You are really getting good at this!:beers:

Don't know about the tubing Knarfj but I have found a few gears like that before. Must be from old clock works or something. Nice finds on the Rosies and wheaties
