Hello All. I have been out detecting but not getting around to posting. Between detecting the beaches, the US army hospital site and I have just found an old show ground that is being used on a regular basis I have been flat out. I have tried some of the other beaches north and south of surfers

Stan,

Some nice winter finds there !!

The "upgrade" that you refer to...is this for the Patriot meter (and not the Sov GT) ??

I just bought the 15" All Terrain coil for my Sov GT...all ready for the fast approaching summer, looking forward to the warmer weather...plenty of water hunting and beach as well.

Regards,
Tony,
Perth, WA

Hello Tony. The up grade is for the patriot meter basically to accept all the coils that fit the sovereign GT weather minelab, coiltek and the sun ray and other after market coils. The other mod is the mounting point to fit the sov GT. all this is built into the new meters that are made now. My meter was an early one that was made before the GT version of sovereign came out. Contact Joe about the early units made and to my understanding he will fit the mods at no charge. All the best. Stan. From down under.

Nice hearing from you again Stan.
That looks like an engagement ring that would have a matching wedding band.
Anyway, great finds!
I am selling my Sov.XS2 pro. It is a sad day. I love the machine and it's "uniqueness". Thinking of joining the Explorer group and can't have both.
How is your standing in the club keeping up?
Take care,
MM

Hello Marcus. I won the finds of the month club comp for last month and still in front by fifteen points. The club has another meeting this Thursday and hope I can get some more points to stay in front all the best Stan. from down under.
