This is nuts what is going on. The Walmart issue reminded me of something that happened here in Canada recently. The largest national bank tried forcing everyone in their Toronto office to place "rainbow stickers" on their desk to show that they were a "gay friendly" place to work. When one employee refused, she almost lost her job and was ridiculed by her fellow employees.
This is what the world is coming to, unfortunately.
Hopefully with the help of organizations like OMD we can make a difference.
