Some of you seen my comparison of the Pro coil to the SEF's and I think I showed the 6", well here's the 13" Ultimate for all of you considering it.

First a size comparison

Hey Jeff;

Was wondering how much heavier the ultimate is over the pro coil ?? Or is it?? Is it equally as stable as the pro coil is in the field or on the beach??

Well you see the numbers on the scale but how does it feel.. dunno just yet. I just got it.

I can tell you just holding and swinging the detector here in the house I can definately say it feels much lighter than the 10 x 12 SEF I had. That coil felt to heavy for me and that is the big reason I sold it.

I have plans to use it tommorrow.
