Moon photo taken about 6:30 PM..................

First of all, I think that credit should be given to Raoul for giving me the idea of taking this photo. I had just taken a picture of two Bald Eagles in the cow pasture behind the house, and was heading back to the house when I noticed the moon. Remembering the photo of the moon that Raoul posted, I decided to take a picture of the moon too!
I took the photo with an old digital camera, a Sony FD88 1.3 mega pixels. This camera uses a floppy disk to record the pictures. If I had had time to load film in my Minolta X-570, the picture would have been better. Hope that you enjoy the picture, please have a great day! What's kinda weird is that your Texas moon looks just like our Michigan moon.

Good one Fred,i like the way you have captured it with the trees as background.

I got the idea of a moon picture after seeing yours...I just happen to have a tree handy out by the barn when I took the picture. Please have a great day! Kelley (Texas)
