Monte's Industry overview

Thoroughly enjoyed Monte's industry overview. I no longer have any
Tesoros but have had my fair share of them. To this I'd have to say:
The Golden Umax was a good one but not deep.
Tesoro missed the boat on the Cortez - terrible display.
I now use a Tek Omega - very functional and good price perf.
And for the beach the Minelab Explorer because it deals with wet salt sand.
What I am thinking about is getting a Compadre for club hunts and quick
hunts.
Last but not least: wouldn't it be great if W & E Treasure Mag allowed the
type of comparison Monte did ! My guess is they won't, even though their
the only decent mag left, and shouldn't FEAR mfger pulling ads.

Decent mags is W&E as mentioned, but American Digger is another fine magazine, especially for relic hunters.
