Montana token found, what is a skigger?

Found this token today, but have no idea what it is for. Does anyone know what a skigger is? Thanks and HH!
 
I Googled it, got 3 returns for a 2 skigger (identical to yours, just 2 instead of 4). The links didn't work (they all lead to same site), but one showed the price of $120.....so it might be worth investigating further. Might search Feebay?

Congrats on the find, looks to be in good shape!
