Monday's Silver Ring at James Town Camp Ground

Pat and me took off Monday and went up to James Town Camp ground Public Beach on the James River and I snagged this little 925 ring.Here is a couple pictures of it.

Sweet. I always wondered about that place...whether or not you could detect it, how it would be. Trashy? Many other targets?
 
I don't think I was at the right place. The campground (from what I heard) has their own, nice beach for the campers. I was at the "PUBLIC BEACH" that cost $5.00 to go to. It was smack dab next to the guard station to get on to the ferry to Surry.

It was full of broken glass, the water looked really oily and filmy. Some Martians were drinking at the picnic table. Kind you couldn't take home to MAMA.
