Modify Sovereign for pinpoint button on control rod

There is a website at Geocities by wildherre that has Sovereign mods.
I did a simple mod of adding a remote pin-point button to my Elite. It is very simple, but you do need to know how to solder.
My mod was simply attaching a 1/8th jack to the All Metal/Disc switch and mounted it inside the control box, next to the coil jack.
The button was mounted on the end of the handle using a shaft plug. Your shaft may already have one at teh end. I fished the wire through the handle and the shaft. I left the 1/8th inch plug hanging at the end. I will change this though to another jack and mount that at the end of the shaft.
Anyway, all I have to do is plug into the control box and I have a remote pinpoint. The switch still operates in all metal if you need to run it that way.

I posted my remote all metal changes in the mods board. I used fine alligator clips so I didn't need to solder to the Sov switch.
