mixed mode or 3 frequency

I hunt with a VX3 mostly in the 3 frequency, coin & jewelry mode, been playing around with mixed mode, was wondering the advantages and disadvantages of mixed mode and what setups you use for this mode, do you like 3 frequency better?

Mixed mode has the ability to see deeper. The all metal channel can trigger on a smaller signal. Mixed mode can be used with 3 frequency or single frequency. Mixed mode usually is harder to use in trahy areas because it is too noisey.
