Out with the T2 set at 71. 15.2+ On a Grass field searched many times before ! First find a Victorian decorated button 2nd find a Football Referees whistle post 1945 The best find. A silver hammered Farthing of Edward 1st 1307 to 1340 Minted either at Berwick on Tweed or Bristol the crucial part of the reverse legend is off struck Weight .3 gram diameter 12mm. The farthing originally came from the term fourthing as there were only pennies prior to Edward 1st to get small change they were cut into four therefore fourthings later became farthings. There were also cut halfpenny's in silver
