Got out and detected a field for a little while. Not much to be found there.
went to a park for a little while, managed a few finds there.
Also got to hunt with Ray-Mo for a little while,i always enjoy the company of a friend.
I had to leave not too long after Ray got there. But we had a fun time anyway.
I found the tag that i am not sure what is,so if anyone knows, let me know.
Found a 1942 war nickel also.

Best of luck to all.

I feel like a pro now Bob! Your finds look a lot like mine. Don't you just love those 5 or 6 inch aluminum or copper rods??? Thanks for the pictures and congratulations on the finds....that's a good assortment.

It could be a tool check for a school, work shop or business. Mechanics would have their own checks to use to borrow tools from the tool room. It would have their number, initials or some other identifier on it and would be hung on a nail next to where that tool would be kept on a tool board. We used them in jr high and high school as well.

Sure its not an Army token????? I think most people would be 4 POW's.....:thumbup::lol:
