Mixed Bag of Weekend Finds ....

Dancin' Dave

New member
Hi Guys,

Here's a few digs from this past weekend. One of the side benefits of this hobby is never having to buy another pocket knife. I've collected enough to last a lifetime.

Thanks for looking!

Nice finds Dave !

I have a healthy collection of dug knives myself . .

Nice digs Dave. :clapping:
The one Indian sure has a nice patina and the knife is a nice eye balled surface find.

That ring sure looks nice I assume it is Sterling?
I think I see a marking at the 9' o'clock position on the inside?

Thanks Mike. The knife was actually buried in the ground. Given a little scrubbing and some WD-40 ... it cleaned up quite well. It gave me a solid iron hit when I first swung my coil over it. I turned 90 degrees and went over it again ... sounded like a clad dime so I dug it. I believe the coil saw the stainless steel blade one way and the brass end caps the other. It pays to dig odd signals like this. You never know what you will find.

The ring is silver but has no markings.
