Hi, all:
Took my trusty F75 for a hunt at my Missouri Camp/Skirmish site and found a few interesting keepers. The shot Sharps bullet must have hit a rock to completely flatten it out. Also found a couple of shot teardrop bullets from the St. Louis Arsenal. A common find here in Missouri. The three pieces of harmonica reed came out of the same hole. There appears to be a part of a spur, but the size probable indicates it was for a child or a lady. Altos found the broken handle off a pewter spoon. Finally, I found another IH penney. That makes four I found in this area. This one I was able to coax out a date of 1881. Always fun to touch a piece of historyl.
Thanks for llokin' and keep on diggi'
