My last paycheck from Wal-mart has not arrived. It supposedly was mailed out last Thursday afternoon. That means it has been intransit Fri, Sat, Mon, Tues and today and still no check. I had caled Wal-mart a couple a days ago and was told once again it had been mailed on Thursday and to check with the post office - it is out of 'their' (Wal-mart's) hands.
Just talked to a teller at the local post office and she said it should have been delivered by the next day - Friday or not later than Saturday. We were counting on that check to be here so we could pay some bills and one of our parrots needs to see a vet.
Since we haven't had a 'permanent' mail person since we moved in over 5 years ago and because we have been getting other peoples' mail (at least we get it to them if on the same street or send it back to the post office saying it was mis-delivered.
Satan is keeping the money from us - and from God as it contains tithe money as well. I think prayers are needed at this point. We can't wait for Wal-mart to cancel the other check (which they will probably say they have to wait 30 days to see if it is cashed) and send out another one.
Please pray for the quick release and delivery of this check. Thanks all.
