Minor surgery this morning...

...Brian had tubes put in his ears because fluid built up in them due to his tumors. He had to have the TV turned all the way up to hear it.

After he awoke this morning and was aware of his surroundings, I mouthed "How do you feel?", just joking around with him.

His response?

"Dad...don't talk so loud!!!" LOL

We're home now and I have to go to the drug store for his meds and then get to work.

once had a step-son who we needed to keep taking in for tubes in his ears so know what ya went through. You guys are always cool in my book (and a child of God in His Book - my Brothers in Christ).

Having clear hearing will make it easier for Brian to get that detector out and hearing the signals. Take care you guys (and you ladies too down there) - keeping you all in my prayers.
