This little box was about 4 inches down in a curb strip.
It's bronze, with inlaid stones making a floral pattern. It's only about one inch in size. On the bottom it's marked "Italy".
It was carefully cleaned with a light brushing. When opened, it was found to contain three pills -- very old and muddy, because water and mud had leaked in over the years.
