I talked to Sandra last week at MINELAB. Like always she took care of my problem. I like many of you, love this great Hobby of ours. It's very comforting to know that when an occasional problem gets thrust into the busy matrix of our lives, that a wonderful Company such as MINELAB takes care of us. Mine was a simple cover for my Explorer II, But it's the professionalism that is demonstrated by such a wonderful company that makes everything better. I received the cover in less than 3 days!!! The Customer service that was received this time was the same wonderful service I always get from Sandra at MINELAB. That's why I'm a MINELAB user.
There technology they put in there products is the best in the Business. The Customer Service and Support is the best in the business. What more could a person ask for?
