I had to send my XS in for a sound/tonal problem. Repair was done quickly and relatively inexpensively. Robert is a great and helpful tech.
One gripe: I don't know if they have a customer service dept but they should. Minelab doesn't let you know when they received the machine. I had to estimate when it might have been received and initiate all contact. I would have appreciated a call or e-mail.
