Minelab USA Service 800# ?

I got my Sovereign XS-2a Pro today, and it works fine, but I'd like to get a new faceplate for it.

Can I order one from Minelab in Nevada, or do I have to send in the control box and have them do it ?

I understand Sandy is the lady to speak to, does anyone have the 800# they could PM me to reach her ?
