I have just read a post by Scully on another forum that Minelab has sold it's company!
He has also posted a link to the announcement there. Wow....
 
Wow, and double wow!!!!! I hope they keep up the same quality control with the new owners, and still honor our warranties. Marc
 
There is a nice thread on the X-Terra Forum regarding this. Seems as though there is nothing to worry about. The company buying Minelab is apparently a well respected and solid High-Tech outfit.

Good to hear that news. I'm still sold out to Minelab, for their great detectors, and solid communication and support. I've had good luck with them, so far. Marc.
