I sent the machine out 1st class on Saturday. They got it today and called me. The service tech said the coil was bad, it's under warranty and they're sending me back a new coil TOMORROW!!! Now that's what I call fast!
Hmmmm... Maybe it was my sad story about losing TWO machines in one day and my closing the letter with "I would really appreciate it if you expedited the service. Have mercy on me."
