Minelab Service Department

I just wanted to pass this along.

I recently bought a Used Xterra 70 that need some minor repairs. I contacted Sandy at Minelab and discussed the repairs with her. I sent it to her on the 14th and just received it back today with everything repaired or replaced. I even ask for a Owners Manual which was included in the box upon it being returned to me. Here is the Kicker, It didn't cost me a dime, it was all covered under warranty. I know that it might not mean a lot to some of you but it says a great deal about the Company. It just shows you how they stick behind there product that they make. Now Not counting Saturday and Sundays it was a 9 day turn around. That says a lot about the Excellent Service Department Crew. I mean with them going Thur a transition from being bought by another company and still provide the service that they did. My Hat is off to the Whole Minelab Company and especially to the Service Department Crew.

This is the reason why I bought a minelab! I did a lot of researching before making the purchase and customer care is very important to me. Minelab seems to be a top notch company whom takes very good care of their customers. I will remain a long time loyal customer as long as they continue to treat their customers this way. Thanks for the post.
