Based on calls & E-Mails, it appears that Minelab has made a slight change to their service policy in the letters sent out today (see attached). They will still not modify units as they had in the past or add non-Minelab accessories such as headphones or coils and the list of detectors not supported remains but they are saying that IF parts are available and IF they can fix the issue, they will . . . . . . but in any case,
