I sent my E-lite in about 4 months ago, and it was about one week.
Had to send it back, and it's been over 1 month now. Although when I talked to Bill,
about 2 weeks ago, He said he was sorry.
I said no problem I had another one anyway.
Called this last Friday, and they said Bill was in training until noon.
Called back about 2:00P.M. No one home, just a recording.
Hard to say what's up now. But they have always done more than expected as for repair and free-bees.
So I am not concerned, unless my other one takes a dive
