Minelab repair how long dose it take

How fast dose minelab get repairs done sending my CTX in to get screen cover replaced calling in the morning for RMA I am going to ask if I could bring it in and wait they are only 150 miles it would be nice if I could I have herd thay are not vary fast on repairs I hope they will just let me bring it in

My experience it was two weeks not bad at all that's from california to the repair house and back.

I just got a call from minelab today confirming that they received my machine. It took a full week with UPS ground to get there. I was told that it will take them between 10-15 business days to check it out, then another week back with UPS ground. Man, I really hope that I don't have wait another 3 weeks before I get it back. That would be a whole month from shipping to receiving.... We'll see.

Being it used to take Minelab 35 to 40 business days to repair a unit (been there, done that, several times), I guess that's an improvement. That being said, it's still not on par with the support of other companies that I have experiences with over the last few decades.

You got to also remember that everyone else and their brother is sending their metal detectors in right now too, whether it's for a tune up or a major repair, spring is here and I am sure Minelab has seen quite an increase in detectors lately.

please let me know what it cost to have the screen replaced mine is fine now but would like to know what it cost thx and it would be nice if they could put gorilla glass in it like my cell phone its almost impossible to scratch it

Not costing anything, his is being replaced under warranty..

It took them 20 business days to look at mine, in total it was gone 28 days. Problem wasn't fixed when I got it back so I sent it back in and they fixed it in 2 business days
