General Rules

The Finds Treasure Forum Classifieds is for individual use only with the exception of banner advertising buyers. Those buyers may advertise their traded in, discontinued models, etc.

Individual sellers may post their normal unwanted detectors, or accessories in assigned classified forums, but they  cannot exceed (1) one item in a (3) three month period for each classified forum.

Only For Sale, For Trade, or Wanted to Buy ads are allowed.

Only Forum Members Registered for  90 days or longer that have more than 24 significant posts in our other forums, may post For Sale or Trade ads.

Rules for Non Sponsoring Sellers:

  • Items for sale, or for trade, should be your own personal property and be accurately described.
  • Your for sale or trade post should be self contained, without references to another site where you may also have it for sale.
  • Do not put links to eBay.
  • Do not put links to other forums where you may also have the same item for sale or trade.
  • Dealers are not allowed to post in Classifieds unless they are a sponsor.

Advertisements not adhering to the above rules will be deleted without warning or notification.

Minelab Decal ??

I know this sounds pretty silly but I see lots of cars/trucks of metal detector owners who have all the top brand detector bumper or window stickers but never have seen any for minelab. I am proud of the minelab product I have purchased and would like to show it buy can't find any thing like that even on the internet. Any ideas or have you ever even seen anything like that ? Thanks
 
Search Ebay for "Minelab Decal" and a set of three (for about $28!) will come up.

I can understand wanting the sticker but I've always been really reluctant to put a sticker representing a product that I like which may possibly be inside of my vehicle at any point in time. I just think that it invites the wrong kind of people to be curious of what's in your vehicle.

I'm an Apple computer user and every time I get a new product that comes with one of those white Apple stickers I usually set it aside. When I see someone with one on the back or side window of their car it just seems like an open invitation for someone to look in your car that may be "window shopping".
 
That is a good thought alright. No sense inviting trouble as there is plenty of that out there already.

There is one and only oldmancrash. Well howdy pardner. Fancy you seeing me on here. How ya bean ?? After that Butte GPPA show I started thinking ( I know it is rare for me ) and thought ( a product of thinking I found out ) I needed a metal detector so have been getting after it for a short time here.
 
I've always had the feeling that the company you buy products from should offer up freebie advertising items to the buyers of thier products, like tee's, pins, bumper stickers, etc... 28 bucks seems kinda steep to me. Just my thoughts. Happy Hunting..Emmett
 
How about this?This is on my Toyota 4runner. I make custom decals and have beem anxiously waiting for someone to ask about a decal. I haven't posted any because I am not a vendor on this site. PM me if interested in one.
 
I just joined, I've got a 705 showing up tomorrow. Either I don't know how to pm on this forum or I can't yet. I may be interested though. Can you pm me maybe?

I'll display one if you pay me enough. Guess I don't get the logo displaying concept.

I buy my gear at Cabella's or Bass Pro but I'm not going to pay to wear "CABELLAS" or "BASS PRO" on my Tees or Caps. Now if it is a free cap or tee, then I think it's great. JMO but hey, for those that have the legal rights to print and sell Corporate Logos...then go for it and I wish you well.

By the way, love my 705 but don't like my Chevrolet Tahoe...I do like the St.Maarten tee shirt I got as a gift but would rather be there than wear it.:shrug:

Why don't you put a Tahoe decal on your 705, and maybe someone will steal it while you are metal detecting....lol

Hey, crazy good idea Tom ... :crazy: :clapping:
I can leave the keys in the ignition and throw in some spare DD's (one HF and one LF) in the front seat to sweeten the deal! :yikes: Probably couldn't get someone to take the 'hoe though unless I took the 'bowtie' off the front grill! Once the 'hoe & tector are gone, I won't be able to multi-task anymore though, and here I was ... gettin' pretty good a 'tectin 'n drivin' at the same time!!!! Oh well, gives me more time for my other hobby...:drinking:

Ramairnut send me the file, is in Flexi or Singlab????? I bet that I could cut my own....I guess that I will research some and lay one out to cut or guess that I could go to Minelab's website and get it.
