Minelab customer service

Old Sox

New member
I am relatively new to the hobby and started out with White's machines. They are good machines backed by a great company. While learning the machines, I had first hand experience how White's customer service deals with their customers, Very well indeed. They have outstanding customer service.
Fast forward a couple of years to the Xterra 70. I bought the machine used and have had a couple of problems. Sandy at Minelab has not even hesitated in helping me out, even going out of her way to help me on one occasion. I am indeed relieved to know that I can count on Minelab to help me if anything comes up.

So, for anybody looking to switch over from another brand to Minelab and are hesitant due to customer service doubts, Minelab has as good or better customer service, in my opinion, as anyone else.

Indeed Minelab U.S.A. provides excellent courteous service..Over the years have had the pleasure to talk to Sandy and Dick Schultz on several occasions and a tip of the hat for a job well done..

And I will "Third" that. Minelab has to be the best out there, products and service. I think I'm a Minelab groupie...........
