I sent the 705 in and it took about two weeks door to "almost" door. I came home from work to find a missed UPS sticker on the door. So I plan on taking a ride up to pick it up. I am not going to miss out on the opportunity to go out this weekend. I also ordered a new cable from Detector Pro when I sent the 705 and I am still waiting for the new cable. They said they mailed it out over a week ago.
 
what kind of cable and glad to hear your going to be back into the swing of your thing
 
Got it and hit a friends front yard for an hour before dark. There is no comparison. I dug 12 coins in an hour, 5 wheats. TID was on, no falsing I honestly thought I was loosing it when I started to have problems. I thought I had regressed. They replaced my main PCB whatever that is.Surfchunker I need to replace my headphone cord. The Grey Ghosts developed a short at the jack and I figured while I didn't have the detector I would replace the cord. I never would have thought Minelab would have my 705 back before the cord to the Grey Ghost(Detector Pro)would be in. No matter I am happy to be swinging again.
 
I just got the cable from detector pro. It was post marked two weeks ago. The USPS at its finest!
 
Sometimes it's your carrier. Our Mailman sucks. We're always getting other peoples mail. Also he slams our mail all the way to the back of the box where I can't reach it from the car. I put out outgoing mail all the way back and he left it in there. I told the Postmaster all about this jerk.
