I just purchased a new ETRAC and tried calling Minelab with a few questions. All I get is a phone message to leave my name, number and issue only to be called back within 24 hours. Well, no one has called me......I also registered for the Minelab forum and was supposed to be sent a password.......of course nothing sent and it has been 3 days. So is this normal customer service ? I traded in a Whites product and now am reluctant that I have made a bad decision. Whites always answers the phone and I always speak to someone that day. If this is normal customer support I will readjust my expectations !!!! I remember hearing years ago that Minelab service was very poor. I guess things have not changed. Please give me your feedback .
