Minelab Customer Care is Awesome

My Koss headphones quit me and I sent them in on the 27th of Feb, got them back yesterday March 5, 7 days!
Cudos to Minelab for gearing up their service department, they are great.:clapping:
 
Thanks for posting Djay-Mo, I have been happy to see more people posting about being happy with Minelab customer service. They really have stepped up and are giving great customer service. It was the "transition period" that hurt Minelab tremendously in terms of customer service, but they are working at making their customer service better everyday and it is very helpful when people, such as yourself, let others know of your positive experience. I am glad that Minelab took care of you and I hope that the good word gets out to more people about the "new" Minelab customer service. They really are doing everything they can over there, and credit is due for their efforts. HH -Marc
 
I agree minelab has great customer support. Had a bad rubber seal on a new etrac and they sent me one within a few days =) After two pair of the minelab koss headphones quit me I thought I was being too hard on them. But now seeing that you've had issues too maybe it's the headphones...
 
There customer service is pretty good, I sent my ctx in on oct 29, they recieved it on Nov 2nd looked at and repaired it on on the 17th off Nov, I will have it back on Nov 29 according to ups, so one month in total its nothing to brag about but it is also nothing to complain about I'm happy

If you look a little closer at what your saying they only had it in their possesion for what amounts to 9 actual business days (no weekends or holidays). Maybe a little more depending on when they shipped it. Thats actually really good for any industry for which you have to send something in for warranty repair. Shipping is shipping. They have no control over that. Im not sure what carrier they use (they used UPS the one time I had to send something in) but with the holiday and black friday/cyber monday christmas shopping going on they are slammed. When I sent my Sov in they quoted me 15-20 business days so It would seem as if they've improved.
