Minelab CTX 06 Smart Coil vs Coiltek 10"x5" DD Coil comparsion

If anyone who has experience with either or both a Minelab CTX 06 Smart Coil or Coiltek 10"x5" DD Coil, I
Interested in hearing a comparison or your opinion of them.

It's really simple. All the coils perform relative to each other as you would expect.

The 6" is smaller so it has better separation than all the rest, but the least depth
The coiltek has better separation than the stock, but less than the 6.
The17" coil covers the most ground but doesn't handle super-heavy trash well. It also has the most depth

All locations are different, but I get a dime at 7 - 8 inches with the 6. I get around 10 with the stock and 12 is the deepest dime I have dug with the 17. I haven't used the coiltek enough to say what it's max depth is.

What Jason said.....
I have one site that is horrible dirt with loads of decomposed iron in it. Low single digit sensitivity settings. The 6" handles it much better than the 5 x 10. I have dug honest 8" coins with the 5 x10 in more moderate dirt. It is simply a matter of choosing your priority of separation vs coverage with a slight depth advantage to the 5x10 as you would expect.
