MINELAB BATTERY PACK (AA PACK)

Has anybody had trouble with the aa pack that you put batteries in....with it not staying in ,once you push it in.?...THANKS!!!!

I was just wondering if this is a new run of e-trac?...I have seen two packs that don"t fit!....THAKNS

no problem here , though mine was delivered with the explorer battery 1800nimh..i did actually think that it was not the original as the e-trac is delivered with a 1600nimh battery..maybe worth trying the explorer battery..regards wizard

I have a buddy who just got a e-trac and the little yellow clip on the battery, just does not hold it in?...it is the extra aa pack...not the rechargable pack...the rechargable pack fits great! I tryed my se aa pack and it just barely catches on mine?.....I was just wondering if the new new e-tracs , have had any problems with the aa pack....

Hi, I am a newbie to this forum but not to detecting. I had the same trouble with the AA pack on my Safari, easy sorted, push the pack in as normal then pull the yellow tab towards you and it will click in, to remove push tab up.
