mine lab sovereign XS-2a pro with 8" and 15" wot

hi folks just bought one of these used and wondering what suggestions there are about these units. also it has a digital meter on it that goes to 550 and i was told there is a modification that can be done to bring it down to 180? any links or anybody know of this? and how would you rate unit in all aspects of performance,durability etc.? thanks in advance...doc
