MIL SPEC (VAN QUEEN) FRAUD WARNING HE'S STILL AT IT!! STOP SENDING THIS GUY MONEY!!

I AN NOT BEING FUNNY HERE FLUSH 200.00 down the toilet before sending it to this guy, you have a better chance of getting your items that way!!


So I have received about four emails from different customers of milspec (Van Queen) so apparently he still robbing people van is a crook if you send him money he will steal it he will keep it you will not get your stuff I am attaching a file of the email that this customer sent van he is ordered stuff as far back as 2012 and has still not received his items although he's paid almost $700 so think twice before sending milspecs (van queen) money. I'm telling you guys you will be taken don't do it!!!!!

I’ve been made aware that Van Queen the owner of Milspec Metal Detecting has been falsely associated with me due to pictures on his facebook page. He is deliberately not removing them to send people my way and not take accountability. In early 2012 I had helped Van design military grade metal detector covers based off of some of my ideas. I in no way owned this business or was an employee of this business; I lived over 2 hours away from him and now I am no longer living in the same state as him. The gear on his facebook page was my personal gear that he used to take photos when in prototype design. Which is why it has my last name is shown in the picture.

I am no longer in connection or affiliation with Van Queen or Milspec Metal Detecting due to poor and dishonest choices he made as business owner. I know many of you reading this have been burned by this man financially and I am ashamed to say I was too. Please help me clear this matter up so he can personally be held accountable for his actions. He should be held accountable for his deceitful decisions and practices and take sole responsibility for what he has done. Please help me spread the word that Van Queen is the sole owner of this company and solely liable for his inadequate business practices.

I ordered a scabbard from Van Queen in mid October, the payment showed up on my credit card in no time. Still have yet to receive my scabbard. I had not seen all the warnings about Van Queen until after the first few weeks without receiving my order. Any ideas or input about what course of action I should take would be greatly appreciated. Ordered my gear in June 2014. Emails promising that the gear is on its way. The "delay" was due to his health issues (more like mental health issue) I paid via Paypal. He said to send it as a gift so he doesn't have to pay the tax. 1st red flag...shame on me. Paypal can't help recover. So I'm out $122.00 & no equipment.
What a piece of garbage.

That is a working number.... it seems to be a cell phone in the Milwaukee area....

file a complaint with the FBI Internet Consumer Fraud Division...its an online site by the FBI for cases such as this...he has committed wire fraud which is a federal crime. I would also file a complaint with the State of Wisconsin Attorney General.

Thank you all for the advice. I filed a charge dispute against him through my credit card company. I sent them copies of all the emails and phone contacts I had with Van. I'm not really sure what they can do, other than get my $31.00 back. I don't know if this will help anyone else get their money back, but I certainly hope so, as I know that he has taken others for much more than $31. Thanks again. Oh yea, I'm still using the same torn up, taped up, gnarly sheath that I set out to replace three months ago.

Judge Judy would love to rip this guy a new one! what a jerk, I for one haven't ordered from him, thank goodness! but this has been an ongoing complaint for some time now and I had to chime in. Im a 44 year old women, work in a factory 40-50hrs a week and every penny I spend on this hobby is hard earned, to think that people are getting ripped off for hundreds of dollars is criminal, shame on this guy! Karma always finds a way….. You Vance are quite the samaritan putting out these warnings on the detecting sites. Im sure you've saved many hardworking people a lot of money and headaches.( My advice ALWAYS Google a business name. Any negative or positive comments or postings ever made with that name pop up.)

I gotta say, my interaction with Van Queen was very stressful, dealing with all the lies regarding him sending out my gear. The gear is nice, but it almost wasn't worth the hassle.
