The rifles make me think ARMY.... Infantry?? Any hallmark on the inside?

It is one of many novelty military type rings sold around WWII era until present .There were a lot of them that were Sterling silver.

No earlier than 1902. It's the "Great Seal of the USA" that replaced other eagle designs seen on all US militaria since 1902.
