Help, I need help identifying value on this button. Manufacture is ledsam & sons london. I know the button dates between 1824 to 1833. The button reads REPUBLICA MEXICANA and the eagle is a side view only. Thus far besides the date I was told that it is rare and it is refered to as an eagle 1 What that means I don't know but thus far as far as buttons go this one has never been located thus far. thanks <img src="/metal/html/smile.gif" border=0 width=15 height=15 alt=":)">
