Military button found in a soybean field

Here is yet another button submitted for your perusal. Thanks for any thoughts:

and Im also trying to identify it but havent had any luck so far. The one I found is quite small. The front looks like yours but the back has some different letters on it which I cant make out.
I found mine in a school ground in Edmonton, Alberta. Where did you find yours?

I found mine buried in a farm field in Greenfield, Tennessee. I did a little online research and found that mine is possibly a World War One button. Here is the website: glennhyatt.com/uniftalk/unipat2.htm

Interesting picture. The button that I have is small. Its about 5/8 of an inch across. Someone on another forum said that it was a US general service button from WWII. Also, because of its size mine could have been a cuff button.
