Mike from MI - how's your imagination? A new toy

I saw this and thought what if we could attach it to an underwater detector - let your imagination take it from there.

I can picture Mike up to his neck in water trying to drag a floation device with him to carry the monitor and the 12 volt battery so he can see what is making the water detector beep beep beep (probably the 65 feet of cable wrapped around his feet setting it off).

It's an interesting idea but I'm wondering how you'd ever be able to see the screen in the direct sun?

I think you'd have to make a shroud or awning type thing to provide shade to the monitor screen. This is probably a good thing for a boater like those cabin cruisers where it can sit inside. Probably be nice for fishing. Use the depth finder to find the fish and this to see what kind they are.

I could make it work! Now all I need is a water proof hoover to suck up the treasures!

how do you see it when you are under water with the detector, and the TV is in the boat?
