Has anyone sold gold to this company and are they reputable?

Are there any other refineries to sell gold to?

I personally had a bad experience with them last year.This year I sold my gold to ARAGOLD.COM out of Dallas Tx.They pay at 98% and they also remove the stones from your rings and send them back to you .No charge.
 
Generally speaking, Midwest has been given the nod.

They seem to exhibit integrity, which is rare among refiners.

Goldtooth, did you really get 98 percent? I sent aragold two emails asking what they pay for gold and have not got an answer. I know midwest pays 95, and that seems like the limit. Thanks for your answer.
 
I've used Midwest Gold Refinery and have no serious complaints.
Next time I send in gold for sell I'll send like amounts of the same K's to each to see how they compare. That won't be soon though as I'm hoarding gold at this time because "I think" current government spending policies pretty much insure it will go up in the future.
