Mid 1800's Woman's Cloak Closure

This board has been a little slow lately so I thought I might show one of my recent finds. Found in Peoria's Bradley Park just before the ground froze too hard to make hunting enjoyable. This was a full 11 inches deep in the soil. Its not always fun digging that deep but I am happy with this find. Its a woman's cloak or cape closure circa 1860's/1870's.

That has some age to it and in great condition too.

That's beautiful Daryl. I can't wait to see it. It's in pristine condition for being in the ground for years. SWEET! HH, Nancy
