Mexico Beach, FL...

Hi,

We have been here for a couple of days, there wasn't much to Fay. She came right over but not much rain on the coast, just a lot of wind. We were almost the only ones here.

I am not experienced at beach hunting but I think it might be good. The beach is eroded away. It is less than 1/4 the size it was the last time I was here. At high tide it is almost non-existant. I am expecting a kick scoop to arrive tomorrow but I think I am going to have to get out there some this afternoon. Low tide is between 3 and 4 PM.

Any tips on hunting something like this? I hope to have some finds to post later this week! My wife was walking and picked up a nickle in the surf that looks like it's been there for a while... I am hopeful...

Thanks,

Julien
