Meter ID numbers on a Soverign?

CC2_IN_CA

New member
With the optional Minelab Meter, what ID numbers
would one see with the Soverign for:

Silver HAlf -
Clad Quarter -
Silver Dime -
Clad Dime -
Copper Penny -
Clad Penny -
Nickel -

Perhaps the numbers would vary due to calibration?
I'm more interested in whether the Soverign can
differentiate between the different coin types.

The copper, clad and the silver will read the same. If you have a 180 meter they will read 179-180 while the new zinc penny and most IH will read 176-177. The nickel will read 144-145. As far as telling a copper penny from a silver half the meter will not do it as the numbers are the same.
