Saw about a 3' story on CNN about the discovery of a whole bunch of artifacts that were a result of the Romans battling ??(Didn't catch it). It showed spear points, horse armor, and the ugliologists carefully cleaning the artifacts. How were they discovered? A man was walking around and swinging a metal detector and digging like mere 'treasure hunters' with a tool that looked a lot like a Predator. He derinitely could have benfited from a few lessons from some of us thieves. He was swinging in big arcs and with little overlap. It didn't seem to be gridded in any way either. Wouldn't it be nice if the uglioligists asked for help in the recovery of these objects from we theives? Maybe they would begin to see we aren't really out there raping the artifacts as they suggest.
