Is there any courses which can help the beginner ? ie for a weekend or even a day with someone who can help you understand your machine better.

You are such a good representative for our hobby, Stacey! Everyone who has received help from more experienced hunters in the past, to gain the experience to make this hobby really fun should follow your example and help somebody who is new to the hobby. There's no point complaining about newbies digging up the beach, leaving holes and trash in their wake unless the experienced people help show them the ropes. I try to do my bit by mentoring new hunters here in Bermuda, glad to see you doing the same.:please:

Cheers Hon,

I am using a surfmaster pi. Thanks for the offers I would like to take up that offer however i live in Scotland in UK. Perhaps there are others around that live in England or Scotland.

Thanks for the offer I would be glad of going with anyone however I live in Scotland UK. Not sure if there is anyone who is on this forum that lives in England or Scotland. Another question is when going abroad to another country do you get permission ? and where do you go for permission?

You are 100% right. We need to be stewards of this hobby and share with newbies "the code of ethics" of treasure hunting. Besides, it's a wonderful hobby and it's great to be able to share your love for a hobby with a like-minded soul.

HH!
